Change requires change, but it can be challenging to approach change alone.

Career Coaching helps to make each stage a little less daunting!

I work with each client to identify the issues their current situation brings, while also supporting them to apply solutions and a plan of action to move forward in securing their jobs of choice.

Let me reassure you that although it may seem daunting right now as you struggle to navigate through your current career situation, I can help to make things a little easier for you.

During the 11 years I have spent working in the Recruitment & Careers field, I have gained the ‘inside scoop’ on exactly what employers are seeking at application and interview. I can help you to prepare for each stage of the recruitment process including the interview assessment centre, and most importantly help you stand out from the thousands of applicants competing for a limited number of places!

If you’re unsure what that next job should be or what your options are at this stage of your career, don’t worry, I can help you to figure all of that out one step at a time ensuring that the decisions you make are in alignment with how you want to live your life.

People usually benefit from career guidance on the following:

  • Figuring out where their job dissatisfaction is stemming from & options to resolve

  • Gaining clarity on career options & needs

  • Becoming aware of limiting beliefs and building confidence

  • Discovering and exploring potential career interests

  • Identifying suitable employment environments

  • Understanding jobs adverts and jobs specifications

  • Building a professional profile

  • Creating an impactful CV & Cover Letter

  • Job search strategies outside of the general application route

  • Interview Preparation

  • Mock Interviews

  • Identifying and positioning your value to an employer

  • Salary negotiation

  • Transitioning to a new career

  • Goal setting

  • Achieving work-life balance

Most people complete the on-demand Career Workshops first and if needed, follow up with a private career consultation. The reason this is advised is due to the affordability of the on-demand Career Workshops which each provide you with tools & support which you can work through in your own time, at your own pace. The workshops are jam packed with information and answers to the many questions you have. Upon completion, you can then book a private career consultation should you wish to get further support on any particular issue you’re still struggling with, however, upon completion of the career workshops, many people don’t require additional support. Your findings from the workshops form an important part of our discussion during the private consultation.
