Career Coaching for Graduates

University and College Students Career advisor

Between all the lectures, assignments, projects and fitting in “college life”, successfully progressing through the recruitment process to achieve your first real life job seems impossible!

Let me reassure you that although it may seem daunting I can help to make things a little easier for you.

During the 10 years I spent working in the Recruitment & Careers field, I spent a large bulk of that time hiring graduates and interns for Graduate Programmes across several large multinational organisations including one of the ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms in Ireland. I was responsible for building the graduate & internship programmes, promoting them in colleges and of course recruiting the graduates!

Through this experience I have the ‘inside scoop’ on exactly what employers are seeking at application and interview stage. I can help you prepare for each stage of the recruitment process including the assessment centre, and most importantly help you stand out from the thousands of applicants competing for a limited number of places!

If you have absolutely no idea what you want to do, have a slight idea but are not yet fully committed, or are unhappy in your current college course then career coaching may help you gain some clarity.
